Solomon Tutoring Bootcamp Policies & Agreement

Welcome to Solomon Tutoring. We are honored to partner with your family for this Bootcamp. Please review the following specific policies carefully before enrolling.

1. Payment and Registration

Full payment of $49 is required to reserve a seat. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

2. Refund Policy

All Bootcamp payments are nonrefundable because seating is limited and materials are prepared in advance.

3. Attendance Policy

Students are expected to attend all three live sessions. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or replaced with private tutoring.

4. Recording Policy

Sessions may not be recorded by students or parents. Recordings will not be guaranteed because student privacy must be protected.

5. Technology Policy

Families are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, Zoom access, a working device, calculator, paper, and required materials.

6. Student Conduct

Students must participate respectfully and avoid disrupting the group. Solomon Tutoring may remove a student for repeated inappropriate behavior without a refund.

7. Assessment Policy

Students must complete the pre Bootcamp assessment by the stated deadline so instruction and recommendations can be properly prepared.

8. Results Disclaimer

Participation does not guarantee a passing Regents score. Results depend on attendance, participation, independent practice, and continued preparation.

9. Private Tutoring

Private tutoring is optional, sold separately, and not included in the $49 Bootcamp fee.

10. Schedule Changes

Solomon Tutoring may adjust the schedule or instructor if necessary. Families will be notified promptly. If Solomon Tutoring cancels the entire Bootcamp, families will receive a refund or transfer option.

11. Confidentiality

Student information and assessment results will be treated as confidential and shared only with parents and authorized contacts.

12. Material Ownership

All Bootcamp materials provided are the intellectual property of Solomon Tutoring and may not be shared or reproduced.

13. Agreement

By checking the agreement box during enrollment, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed and understand these specific Bootcamp policies.

• You agree to comply with the terms outlined above.

• You accept financial responsibility for the $49 registration fee.

• You authorize communication regarding schedules and results to the contacts provided.

• You understand that participation is subject to the technology and conduct requirements listed above.
